Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 28, 2026 | Effective Date: October 28, 2026

Welcome to VelixaKit (accessible from https://velixakit.com), operated by Stratigo Digital. By accessing or using our website and browser tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Services & License

VelixaKit grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our free web tools strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our client-side software for illegal purposes.
  • Use automated bot scripts to flood or disrupt the availability of our website services.
  • Use our tools for fraudulent or illegal activity.

1a. AI-generated images (AI Virtual Try-On)

When you use the AI Virtual Try-On or any other tool that makes pictures with AI, you agree that:

  • You only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you permission, and that every person shown is 18 or over.
  • You have the right to use the clothing photos you upload or link to, and you use the results for personal purposes such as deciding what to buy.
  • You will not use the tool, or try to get around its safety checks, to make sexual, revealing, deceptive, defamatory or harassing images, to impersonate anyone, or to make images of real people without their consent.
  • Results are made by AI and are an approximation: the real item's fit, size, colour and details can differ, and we don't guarantee any result. Check the seller's size chart and product details before you buy.
  • We may block any result, limit the number of free try-ons, and suspend access for anyone who misuses the tool.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brand assets, source code, UI designs, trademarks, and logos associated with VelixaKit and Stratigo Digital are the exclusive property of Stratigo Digital and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

VelixaKit and all its tools, converters, calculators, and software are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We do not warrant that calculations, conversions, formatting, or outputs will be 100% error-free in all circumstances.
  • Users are responsible for verifying critical financial, legal, or technical data before relying on outputs for production use.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stratigo Digital, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use VelixaKit tools.
