At VelixaKit (operated by Stratigo Digital, accessible from https://velixakit.com), user privacy is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information collected and recorded by VelixaKit and how we use it, in compliance with international privacy laws, CCPA, GDPR, and Google AdSense policies.

1. Where your data is processed

Most tools run 100% in your browser. Tools marked "Uses server" send the data you enter to our server.

  • Browser tools (for example the PDF, image, text and calculator tools) process your files on your own device. Those files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
  • OCR downloads its language model from this website the first time you use it. Only the model is downloaded; your file is not sent anywhere.
  • The following tools send what you enter to the VelixaKit server (or the named third party) to work. Each one shows a "Uses our server" notice at the top of its page:
    • AI Virtual Try-On for Clothes: Your two photos are sent to our server to be processed by AI and are deleted as soon as the picture is made. A hashed count per device and IP is kept for one day to apply the free daily limit.
    • AliExpress Image Extractor: The product URL is sent to our server, which fetches the images.
    • AI LinkedIn Post Generator: Your prompt is sent to our server to generate the post with AI.
    • eBay Niche Research & Competitor Intelligence: The keyword you enter is sent to our server and stored for trend tracking.
    • Brand Name & Trademark Checker: What you type is sent to our server to produce your result, and results may be kept for up to 7 days.
    • Listing Compliance & IP Auditor: The listing text you enter is sent to our server to produce your result, and results may be kept for up to 7 days.
    • Weather App: The city you enter is sent to Open-Meteo to look up the weather.
    • Translate PDF: The PDF's text is sent to our server to be translated by AI and isn't kept afterwards. The file itself isn't uploaded.
    • PDF Summarizer, only if you press "Use AI (sends text to our server)": the document's text is sent for AI summarisation. The default summary is made in your browser.
  • Data sent to server tools is used only to produce your result. Some results are cached for a limited time so repeat checks are fast (the brand and listing checkers: up to 7 days). eBay Niche Research stores the keywords you search so it can track trends. Photos sent to the AI Virtual Try-On are never cached or stored.

1a. AI photo tools (AI Virtual Try-On)

The AI Virtual Try-On is the only tool that sends photos of people to our server. Here is exactly what happens:

  • What is sent: the photo of the person and the photo of the clothing, after your browser has shrunk them to about 500 pixels and removed hidden data such as GPS location and camera details, plus the clothing type you chose. If you paste a product link, our server fetches that page's product photo for you.
  • Who processes it: the photos are processed on Cloudflare's network by Cloudflare Workers AI, using an image model by Black Forest Labs (FLUX.2) to make the picture and a Meta Llama vision model to check the result for unsuitable content. Cloudflare acts as our processor and does not use this data to train models.
  • What is kept: nothing about the photos. Neither your photos nor the AI picture are saved, cached or logged by VelixaKit; the picture is sent to your browser and is gone when you close the page unless you download it. We don't identify people, recognise faces or build any profile from photos.
  • Daily free limit: to give everyone 3 free try-ons a day, your browser stores a random device ID in local storage, and our server keeps a count of try-ons per device ID and per IP address for the current day. Both are stored only as one-way SHA-256 hashes, never as the ID or IP itself, and are deleted the next day. You can remove the device ID by clearing this site's data in your browser.
  • Consent and age: only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission, and only of people aged 18 or over. You confirm this before every try-on. Results that show nudity, underwear or swimwear, or someone who looks under 18, are blocked and not shown.

2. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

VelixaKit uses third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website.

  • Google uses cookies (such as the DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visit to VelixaKit and other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their respective advertisements that appear on VelixaKit. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.

3. Analytics and log files

We use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Firebase Analytics) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and anonymous tool events (for example "a tool was opened"). We never send file names or file contents to analytics. Google sets cookies or similar identifiers for this; you can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, which can include IP address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested.

4. GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Info)

Under European Union GDPR and California CCPA regulations, users are entitled to specific rights:

  • Right to Access & Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete or provide copies of any personal data we hold. (Since we do not collect personal file data, we hold zero user files).
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may restrict cookie usage through your browser settings or ad choices preferences.
  • Photos: we hold no photos to access or delete, because photos sent to the AI Virtual Try-On are deleted as soon as the picture is made. Daily try-on counts are hashed and deleted the next day.

4a. Children's privacy

VelixaKit is not directed at children under 13, and the AI Virtual Try-On must not be used with photos of anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's information was sent to us, contact us and we will help.
